Fivo (Danny Jansen) respects your privacy. This policy explains which data we collect, why we do so, and which rights you have.
Who is responsible?

Which data do we process?
When you use the contact form, we process the details you provide, such as:
- name
- company name
- email address
- phone number (optional)
- the contents of your message, including optional budget and timing indications
If you email us or reach out via WhatsApp, we process the information you share in that conversation.
Why do we process this data?
We use contact details to:
- respond to your question or request
- prepare a possible collaboration
- handle our service administration
The legal basis is usually legitimate interest or taking pre-contractual steps at your request.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not use marketing tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly analytics are used, that happens without collecting unnecessary personal data. No cookie banner is shown while only privacy-friendly measurement without tracking cookies is active.
Retention period
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request, and afterwards only as long as reasonably needed for administration or an ongoing conversation. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.
Sharing with third parties
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial use. Technical service providers (such as hosting or form processing) may process data on behalf of Fivo, solely to deliver that service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email danny@fivo.cc to do so.
